We have been local residents in the Laguna Niguel/Dana Point area for over twelve years and between us have over 25 years of real estate experience. Our experience includes in-the-trenches experience as real estate agents, and as investors in real estate.
We utilize the latest technologies to smooth the details of a transaction, but we are adamant that it is our personal touch that is a top priority for us. We love working one-on-one with people. And while we utilize technology we don’t believe in being stuck behind a computer.
Professionalism is important to us too, and we are currently studying to achieve the distinctive CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) status, one of the real estate industry’s most highly coveted and professional designations, achieved by less than 5% of industry professionals nationwide.
We are very active within the local community and are members of the Laguna Niguel Chamber of Commerce (www.lagunaniguelchamber.net) and we are active members of the Laguna Niguel Presbyterian Church (www.lnpc.org), Laguna Niguel Lions Club (www.lagunaniguellionsclub.com) and Laguna Niguel Rotary Club (www.lagunaniguelrotary.com). Anu serves as a Board Member for the Laguna Niguel Rotary Club and is an active community volunteer for the club’s Dictionary Program for 3rd Graders and Arbor Day project and is involved with the PTA and volunteering at their children's school. Steve is a current Board of Director and Vice Chair for the Laguna Niguel Chamber of Commerce, is a Deacon and Liturgist at his church and can also be found donating his time and sweat equity to worthwhile projects like Habitat For Humanity (www.habitatoc.org). He is also the current Vice President of the Laguna Niguel Lion's Club as well as a Planning Commissioner for the City of Laguna Niguel (www.ci.laguna-niguel.ca.us). Both of us can be found enjoying and supporting community fund-raisers and local Chamber of Commerce events.
